In the summer time, we prefer lighter desserts that also include delicious seasonal fruits. If you are a fan of melon combined with cookies, then this 15-minute dessert is perfect for you on these hot days.

INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM CAKE:
- 300‒400 g of biscuits
- 150 g of margarine
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 1 kg of peeled and cleaned melon
- 200 g of whipped cream for decoration
- 15 chocolate bananas
- 120 g of walnuts
PREPARATION OF CREAM CAKE:
Mix the margarine with powdered sugar and grind the biscuits. Clean the melon and blend it. Add walnuts and melon mass and margarine with sugar to the ground biscuits. Divide the resulting mixture in half. Spread half of the mixture on the tray and level it. Spread the banana cream over it and apply the other half of the mixture on top. Prepare the whipped cream to cover the cake. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator for two hours.
