But you are probably already tired of the same method of preparation and spinning in a vicious circle: hard and soft boiled egg, poached egg and scrambled egg. So it's time to try the crispy fried egg!

  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 3 slices of bread
  • parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt
  • milk
  • flour
  • bread crumbs
  • white wine vinegar

Making a crispy fried egg

Crush the bread in a blender, add parsley, rosemary, thyme and salt to it and mix well so that the bread is soaked with spices. Spread the crumbs on the baking sheet and place it in the oven, heated to 130 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes so that the mixture dries well. Meanwhile, scramble the eggs. Boil salted dill in a bowl, to which you have added a few drops of white wine vinegar. Poach the eggs in water and boil them for about 30 seconds, then remove them and place them on a cloth to dry and cool. First roll the cooled ones in flour, then coat them in a mixture of milk and beaten egg, and then they will be bathed in breadcrumbs. In a pan where you have heated the oil well, fry the eggs for no more than three minutes (the yolk must remain runny and the crust crispy). During this time, the eggs become golden brown on all sides. Remove them with a slotted spoon. Have a good run!
