- 6 egg yolks
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g of strawberries
- 750 ml of sweet cream
- 250 g of white chocolate
Preparation
Mix the egg yolks and sugar and when the mass becomes foamy, place it over the steamer. Blend until creamy. Remove from heat and mix with a mixer to cool the mixture. Wash the strawberries, cut off the leaves and mash them. Whip the sweet cream and add to the mixture with the yolks. Mix in the crushed strawberries as well. Pour the mixture into a cake mold and place in the freezer overnight. The next day, melt the white chocolate over steam and cool it down a bit.
