Bread with banana and mango
Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- half a teaspoon of baking powder
- half a teaspoon of baking soda
- half a cup of milk
- half a cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- half a cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- half a cup of thinly sliced bananas
- half a cup of thinly sliced mango
- 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts of your choice
Directions
- Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- In another large bowl, mix the milk, oil, vanilla extract, salt and sugar.
- Gradually add the second mixture to the first and mix until the mixture is completely free of lumps.
- Add the banana and mango to the mixture. Mix everything well: the mixture should be liquid.
- Pour everything into the pan and tap it a few times - this way you will ensure that there are no bubbles in the mixture. Then add the nuts.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes.
