Although breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we often don't take the time for it, or we don't even know what to eat "quickly" in the morning. Let's make our choice easier and prepare delicious homemade granola in the future...
Recipe for crispy homemade granola:
Ingridients:
- 200 g of oatmeal
- 200 g of corn flakes
- 100 g of coconut butter
- 100 g of almonds
- 50 g of walnuts
- 50 g of ground pumpkin
- 50 g of dried cranberries
- 100 g of honey
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Process:
We set the oven to 150 degrees. Melt the butter and honey in the pan, mix and season with cinnamon. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients with the exception of the fruit and then add the butter mixture to them. Mix well and spread everything on a baking sheet that we previously covered with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for about half an hour. In the last ten minutes, add the cranberries, and stir the granola a few times during baking. Cool the baked granola and store in a jar for storage.
