With this recipe, you can prepare fried ice cream at home without frying, which will delight both children and adults.
1. Preparation of ice cream balls: Shape the ice cream into 4 large balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set well.
2. Preparing the crispy coating: Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add crushed cornflakes, cinnamon and sugar. Stir-fry the mixture for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool completely.
3. Topping the ice cream: Take the ice cream scoops out of the freezer and roll them in the chilled crunchy mixture to coat them evenly on all sides. Put the balls back in the freezer for 15 minutes.
