Let it cool slightly at room temperature, then transfer the pan to the refrigerator. Arrange the cooled ice cream in the desired container and finally put it in the freezer. Have a good run!

If desired, the ice cream can be taken out of the freezer every two hours to mix it a little. Now we can prepare the strawberry dressing. Put the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar in a pan and mix the ingredients together until the dressing boils, then slowly mix it at a lower temperature until you get the desired consistency. Before serving, put the ice cream out of the freezer for 20 minutes and then cover it with strawberry topping. Good run.

In another bowl, beat stiff peaks from egg whites and then gradually add it to the mixture. Then whip the cream in a separate bowl and gradually add it to our mixture. We mix crushed cookies into our mixture (a few pieces of cookies can be left for decoration later) and then put about half of the mixture in a baking pan (a rectangular bread pan is best) and sprinkle half of the Nutella on top. Now we can add the rest of the mixture to the pan and sprinkle it again with Nutella and place the remaining crushed cookies on top. At the end, you can mix the mixture a little more with a knife and then wrap the top with transparent food foil and freeze the ice cream in the freezer for 6-8 hours, until it hardens. If we want to keep the ice cream in the freezer for a long time, we can cover the pan with aluminum foil. Have a good run!
