Recipe: Fried ice cream - the perfect summer dessert

Fried ice cream

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops of ice cream (flavor as desired)
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 8 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
  • 3 eggs
  • oil
  • a little sugar
  • vanilla extract

Directions

  1. First, make the ice cream balls and put them in the freezer for an hour to further freeze them before baking.
  2. Then you take them out of the freezer and first roll them in flour, then in eggs, into which you previously added a little sugar and vanilla extract, and then in breadcrumbs. Repeat the same process with all the ice cream balls.
  3. If you are not in a hurry, put the balls back in the freezer for another hour.
  4. Then quickly fry them in oil until golden brown.
