Fried ice cream
Ingredients
- 6 scoops of ice cream (flavor as desired)
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 8 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
- 3 eggs
- oil
- a little sugar
- vanilla extract
Directions
- First, make the ice cream balls and put them in the freezer for an hour to further freeze them before baking.
- Then you take them out of the freezer and first roll them in flour, then in eggs, into which you previously added a little sugar and vanilla extract, and then in breadcrumbs. Repeat the same process with all the ice cream balls.
- If you are not in a hurry, put the balls back in the freezer for another hour.
- Then quickly fry them in oil until golden brown.
