Granola cups / cereal cups
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 50 g of agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 200 g of oatmeal
- 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- Greek yogurt
- fresh fruit
Directions
- Blend the banana in a blender and mix it with the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Oil a muffin tin and press the mixture into a cup shape.
- Place the mold in the freezer for an hour.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, cool. Fill the cups with Greek yogurt and decorate with fruit of your choice.
