Why are oats so healthy? This one cereals is known for its high content fiber, which have a positive effect on yours digestion and thus prevent problems with bloating and constipation. Also, research shows that oats help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 70 g of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of seeds of your choice (poppy, pumpkin, chia or sunflower seeds)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable butter
- 125 ml of warm water
Directions
- Mix oatmeal, oatmeal, salt and seeds in a bowl. The easiest way to make oatmeal is to mix oatmeal and water with a hand mixer, strain the porridge and use the thick part of the mixture in the recipe.
- Add butter to the mixture and pour warm water over it. Stir again.
