Oats has become a very popular delicacy in the last year, and most prefer to indulge in it for breakfast. However, it can also be an ingredient for delicious snacks, among which stand out the most healthy and ecological oatmeal cookies.

Why are oats so healthy? This one cereals is known for its high content fiber, which have a positive effect on yours digestion and thus prevent problems with bloating and constipation. Also, research shows that oats help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 70 g of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of seeds of your choice (poppy, pumpkin, chia or sunflower seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable butter
  • 125 ml of warm water

Directions

  1. Mix oatmeal, oatmeal, salt and seeds in a bowl. The easiest way to make oatmeal is to mix oatmeal and water with a hand mixer, strain the porridge and use the thick part of the mixture in the recipe.
  2. Add butter to the mixture and pour warm water over it. Stir again.
  3. Spread the dough on the baking sheet in the form of round cookies. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
  4. Place the baking tray in the oven, which you have heated to 190°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Wait for the dish to cool. Store in an airtight container and eat within a few days.
