Homemade chicken pate
Ingredients
- 200 g of chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- half green
- 1 onion
- some mustard
- a little sour cream
- a little salt
- 2 medium sized pickles
Directions
- Cook the meat. If you want it ready quickly, cut it into small cubes and it will be cooked in about fifteen minutes.
- Put carrots, white part of celery, parsley and onion in the same bowl. When the vegetables are cooked, add them to the meat and mix.
- Sprinkle salt on top, add pickles, a little mustard, a little sour cream and other spices as desired.
- Mix in a blender until a uniform mass is formed. If the pâté is too thick, add a little water in which the meat and vegetables were cooked and thin it out.
- Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.
- When the mass hardens, it will be almost the same as pate from the store, but inappropriately more nutritious and healthier.
Enjoy the great taste of homemade chicken pate.
