Here is a non-alcoholic coffee version of the pina colada cocktail that will win you over. The unusual combination of coffee, grated coconut and pineapple juice is not only refreshing on hot days, but also very, very tasty! Iced coffee with coconut
Ingredients
- 80 ml oat milk
- 20 ml of pineapple syrup
- 230 ml of coffee
- 7 ice cubes
- grated coconut for decoration
Directions
- Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour over the pineapple syrup, then add the oat milk.
- Add coffee and garnish with grated coconut.
- For the evening version, feel free to add a little rum!
