Preparation
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Melt the chocolate in the butter and then mix in the sugar and cocoa powder. When you get a compact mass, add eggs and flour and mix very well. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. When the sponge cake is finished, apply layers of ice cream on it - but gradually. After applying the first layer, put it in the freezer for a while to harden a bit, before applying the second layer. Of course, you can choose the flavor of the ice cream as you wish. When finished, put the ice cream cake in the freezer for half a day. When it is completely compact, decorate it with fresh fruit and, if desired, with chocolate crumbs. So sweet good run!
