Ice strawberry dessert
Ingredients
- 300 ml of sweet cream
- 800 g of strawberries
- 150 g of chopped strawberries
- 300 g oblong cookies
- icing sugar
Directions
- Whip the sweet cream. Mash the strawberries and mix them into the whipped cream.
- Add chopped strawberries to the mixture and mix.
- Cover the container with transparent foil and place the cookies on it.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cookies and place another row of cookies on top.
- Cover with transparent foil and leave in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces
