Ingredients for mascarpone cubes
For the biscuit:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa
- a pinch of baking powder (optional)
For the chocolate topping:
- 150 g of edible chocolate
- 1.5 dl of sweet cream
- 1 tablespoon of ground sugar (you can also use Nutella)
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 10 spoons of milk
Preparation of mascarpone cubes
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the eggs and sugar until foamy and add the flour and cocoa. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into it. Place it in the heated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until it is cooked. When the biscuit has cooled, cut it in half. Next comes the preparation of the chocolate topping, which is melted over steam. Wait for it to cool, then moisten half of the biscuit with milk, "paint" it with 250 grams of Italian mascarpone cheese and pour it with chocolate sauce. Place the other half on the biscuit and repeat the process. The pastry can also be decorated as desired. Cut and serve. Have a good run!
