Muffins with pasta
Ingredients
- 150 g of macaroni
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g of cherry tomatoes
- basil, salt, pepper
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- 100 g of cheese
Directions
- cook the macaroni, if they are larger, chop them a little. Mix chopped garlic and onion, chopped tomatoes and fresh basil in a bowl.
- Mix this mixture with the macaroni and fill the muffin tins.
- Mix eggs and milk, salt and pepper and pour over each muffin.
- Grate cheese on top and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
