Recipe for Probiotic Fruit Popsicles:

Ingredients for Probiotic Fruit Popsicles:

  • 2 dcl of homemade kefir (from animal or plant milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (you can also use fruit syrup)

Accessories (optional):

  • fruit
  • flakes
  • chocolate
  • vanilla powder
  • Nutella

Preparation process of probiotic fruit ice cream light:
Add a spoonful of honey and a little fruit to the kefir and mix everything together and mix well (if there is a banana in between, you don't even need the honey). We then fill the molds for ice cream lights with the mass (if we don't have one, we can use empty yogurt pots or pudding pots) and, if desired, add pieces of fruit or chocolate, flakes, vanilla or Nutella. Freeze and voilà, probiotic fruit lights are ready. And happy sweetening. If you want a creamier texture, drain the kefir before use.
