Ingredients

  • 300 g of pumpkin puree
  • 220 g plain flour
  • 100 g of chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 120 ml of oil
  • 60 ml of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 small teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 small teaspoon of baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Put flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl, mix and set aside.
  2. First add sugar, eggs, oil and pumpkin puree to the second bowl and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
  3. Add the prepared mixture of dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix lightly until you get a smooth and uniform mixture. Add the chocolate and mix again.
  4. Set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the molds in the muffin tin and fill them evenly until you have used up all the mixture. If desired, you can add a little chocolate on top. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Bon Appetit!
