A recipe for light rice pudding
Ingredients for rice pudding:
- 250 g of round grain rice
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 dl of sweet cream
- 1 liter of milk

Procedure for rice sprouts:
Wash the rice under running cold water, drain and shake into a pot into which milk and sweet cream are first poured and vanilla sugar is sprinkled. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. When the rice is cooked, cool it and mix in the sugar and egg yolks. Make sure the rice is not too hot. Beat the egg whites to a firm white snow and mix it into the mixture. Grease the baking pan and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour the mixture into it and spread it evenly. Place the pan in the oven and bake the rise for about 30 minutes. If it is baked on the outside and raw on the inside, put aluminum foil on it.
