In the following, we serve you first recipe for tomato soup, and then for fried cheese rolls.
Recipe - tomato soup:
Ingredients - tomato soup:
- 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 300 g of potatoes
- 1 dl of milk
- 25 g of coconut butter
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Procedure for making tomato soup:
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes to soften them. Then pour off the water, cool the tomatoes, peel them and finely chop them. Peel, wash and chop the onion. Melt the coconut butter in a pan and fry the onion on it, which should not turn yellow. Sprinkle tomatoes on it and simmer for a quarter of an hour. During this time, wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces. Season the soup with pepper and salt. Pour in seven deciliters of water, add the potatoes, bring to a boil and cook on moderate heat/temperature for 20 minutes. Mix with a stick mixer and boil again. Add milk, mix and set aside.
Recipe - Cheese Dip Rolls:
Ingredients - Raw Dip Rolls:
- 8 slices of toast
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- coconut butter
The process of preparing raw meats for dipping:
Remove the crust from the toast and roll out the core. Place slices of cheddar on it and wrap everything together. Heat the coconut butter in a pan and fry the rolls (see video recipe).
