First, preheat the oven, then mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a medium-sized bowl. In another bowl, slowly mix the butter and sugar together with a mixer to get a slightly foamy mixture, then gradually add the eggs and mix again with the mixer. Now add lemon juice and lemon peel and mix again. Then add flour, baking soda and salt to the mixture, which we have already prepared at the beginning. Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and add yogurt to it, stir again and place the mixture in a baking tray and then in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cake is baked. As ovens can usually vary greatly, we check whether the cake is baked with a spatula or with the tip of a knife. While we wait, we can prepare the filling. Mix condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl. When the cake is baked, take the pan and make holes in the dough all over the cake, but the holes should not be too deep. Now the cake can be poured with condensed milk and lemon juice. The cake should soak up the juices nicely. Now let the cake cool down for an hour or two, so it's best to put it in the fridge.
