Ingredients for Three Cheese Bread:
- 1 large loaf of bread
- 1 Camembert, sliced
- 1 reblochon cheese, sliced
- 1 brie, sliced
- pieces of baked bacon
- 1 tablespoon of caramelized onion
- a pinch of thyme
- 2 spoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of garlic butter
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Preparation of bread with three cheeses:
Punch 3 even holes and remove the cores (save these for later). Fill one hole with reblochon cheese, then with garlic and thyme. Repeat the process to get 3 layers. Do the same with the remaining holes, only switching flavors. Combine Brie with bacon and caramelized onions, and Camembert with honey, rosemary and garlic.
Cut the centers that you removed earlier into narrower oblong slices and coat them with garlic butter. Place the loaf of bread and slices on a baking sheet and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Have a good run!
