Recipe for strawberry tiramisu
Ingredients for strawberry tiramisu:
- 400 g of baby biscuits
- 1000 g of fresh strawberries
- 500 g of mascarpone cheese
- ½ pot of sour cream
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 vanilla sugars
- 200 g of whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- ½ lemon (juice)
Instructions for preparing strawberry tiramisu:
Wash the strawberries, drain, cut into slices and sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar. We wait for them to release the juice and save this too for later. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and mascarpone. In the third bowl, beat the egg whites and then carefully mix them into the yolk cream.
Dip the baby biscuits in the strawberry juice and cover the tiramisu dish with them. Layers of cookies should be followed by a layer of cream and some fresh strawberries.
