Photos of pianos in European villas.

Romain Thierry it is professional photographer and pianist from France, which is in the photo series "Requiem for pianos” united two artistic worlds that are close to him: music and photography.

He likes to feel the piano keys under his fingers by playing the eternal classics, and also wanted to capture years of untouched pianos hiding in the most mysterious and abandoned - already decaying - villa of Europe.

He captured the spirit in the photographs luxuries, elegance and kitsch, and the central object is abandoned piano, which revives the story of a certain fairy in our imagination.

For the purposes of this collection, the author visited several countries, including France, Italy, Belgium, Ukraine, Germany and Poland. You can see how fascinating his works are below.
