After 10 years of research and more than 65 studies, La Roche-Posay is proud to present the new ANTHELIOS UVMUNE 400 SPF50+, which protects against the most insidious UV rays - ultra-long UVA rays from the spectrum of 380-400 nanometers - and provides the skin of the face with superior protection every day.
The use of products with an SPF factor is an indispensable part of the daily skin care routine, and most experts agree with this, and at the same time recommend sun protection products that provide protection against the widest possible spectrum of UVA and UVB rays.
Did you know that rays belonging to the spectrum of 380 to 400 nanometers represent as much as 30 % of those that come into contact with our skin? La Roche-Posay, a brand recommended by 60,000 dermatologists worldwide, has launched a new Anthelios UVMUNE 400 SPF50+, which provides superior protection and creates an invisible barrier to the most insidious UVA rays that belong to the previously mentioned small part of the spectrum. The revolutionary solution required 10 years of research and more than 65 clinical studies conducted in collaboration with top medical and dermocosmetic experts. Anthelios UVMUNE 400 SPF 50+ is currently available in Slovenia in two versions, as a fluid and a moisturizing cream with a protection factor of SPF50+. With a specially designed formula that contains the revolutionary Mexoryl 400 filter, Anthelios UVMUNE 400 SPF50+ is suitable for all skin types and phototypes and protects against dark spots caused by the sun (so-called photoaging), while providing protection against the broadest spectrum of sunlight. In short, UVmune doesn't get away with anything!

- It took La Roche-Posay experts more than 10 years and 65 studies to develop the revolutionary Mexoryl 400 filter.
Why do we call it the UV revolution?
To properly answer this question, let's remember what UV rays are.
The sun's rays that penetrate our skin can be divided into two spectrums - UVA and UVB. Although both are associated with burns, premature aging, oxidative stress, hyperpigmentation, allergies and serious skin diseases such as skin cancer, it is important to know that as many as 95 % of UV rays that reach the earth belong to the UVA spectrum. In addition, UVA rays penetrate the deeper layers of our skin and stimulate the formation of free radicals that can cause serious skin diseases. What sets Anthelios UVMUNE 400 SPF50+ apart from other sun protection products is its specially designed Mexoryl 400 filter, which covers a small part of the UVA spectrum (380-400 nm), to which our skin is mostly exposed throughout the year.
