The SALOMON running gathering is a free weekly discovery of new hidden running routes that make running around the city even more interesting and attractive.
Together, we will explore the narrow streets of the old city cores, discover secret passages between tall buildings, test as many different surfaces as possible and take advantage of the various terrains available in the city. We will transform the concrete city into an interesting running training ground, where we will be constantly on the lookout to spice up the training, together we will find new running routes and embark on an exploration of the city's secrets. Break the routine, explore new running routes and combine the pleasant with the useful in great company!
Up and down inclines, over bridges, footbridges and stairs, all this in a city where no two steps are the same. All this variety will ensure excellent physical fitness, and SALOMON running coaches will be at your disposal for a good atmosphere and useful running information and advice.
SALOMON free running parties will take place in several groups, where the pace will be adapted to each individual and thus the maximum pleasure in getting to know the city's labyrinth will be enabled. A good warm-up at the beginning and a pleasant end to the workout will be provided, and the running coaches will be happy to answer all the runners' questions. While racking up the kilometers, we will also familiarize ourselves with the correct technique of running on different terrains and overcoming various obstacles, and we will also use the city environment for some strengthening exercises.
