Today, December 10, Karl Lagerfeld will premiere his short film about Coco Chanel, The Return, in Dallas.

In the last few years, we have seen quite a few screen adaptations of moments from her life, but this time she signs under the direction of the director the chief designer of Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, who knows her legacy better than anyone and was involved in her life in one way or another. V a half-hour short film has condensed only a fraction of her career, focusing mainly on return to the world of fashion, including the reopening of her couture workshop in Paris in 1954 and mainly researches her legendary design in the field haute couture as well as the special ties it forged with the country across the Atlantic Ocean, the United States. Karl Lagerfeld entrusted the main role to Charlie Chaplin's daughter, Geraldine Chaplin, and besides her there are quite a few sounding names from Rupert Everett, well Anna Mouglalis, Lady Amanda Harlech and Arielle Dombasle.
