The process is very simple: customers download the application, create a profile and request one of the offered hairdressers or barbers, who then quickly visits them at home, in the office or in a hotel. The hairdressers offered by Shortcut are one of the the most prominent hairdressers in New York.
Customers don't have to worry about payment: hairdressers and barbers have it with them payment card terminals, so that the service is paid when it is performed. Prices for hairdressing services are around 60 euros, but group haircuts are cheaper.
