How to tackle the fourth sequel to the film that filled theaters around the world in 2001, was loved by both audiences and critics, and ranked as the 37th highest-grossing film of all time? The arrogant but good-hearted giant Shrek cannot come to terms with the boring family life, so he agrees to the magic of the cunning Shrek. He finds himself in anything but dreamland, where his wife Fiona leads the resistance against an evil tyrant and has no time for love. He also encounters a cold reception from his former best friend Oslo, and the always belligerent Shoeless Cat became very lazy and mischievous. Shrek decides to take matters into his own hands, which results in a bunch of fun new antics and adventures. With the announcement of the new Shrek film sequel, which will also be shown in 3D, the Dreamworks studio announced that it plans to convert the popular first three parts to 3D as well.
