Russian product designer Neretin Stas developed an innovative concept for the interactive packaging of the Naked care product line as part of his training. The "naked" tubes and bottles, which with their pink and curved appearance resemble parts of the human body, were infused with a sense of shame and pleasure in addition to the human appearance, as the originally light-skinned products blush bright red when touched. They must like it…
Neret's Stas went into designing the packaging for the line imaginary care products, which he called Naked, a step further, as he imagined her as extremely human, even shyly.
Neretin's interactive packaging has the appearance of rounded body parts, what's more – not only do Naked's pale pink tubes and bottles resemble the skin of fair-skinned people, they also respond to human touch when used and shyly, they blush bright red. This human quality was inspired by the packaging designer by using thermochromatic paint, which is sensitive to heat and therefore reacts to human touch, just as the extremely popular 90s color-changing mood rings.
