Miklošičeva 9
Ljubljana
The first bakery Simit Sarayi opened its doors in 2002. In two years, 17 new bakeries grew in Istanbul, followed in 2005 by the first simit factory in the world. Simit is a ring-shaped Turkish bread, usually sprinkled with sesame, less often with poppy, flax or sunflower seeds. It is often called simply Turkish a bagel.
The expansion in Turkey was followed by a move to the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, New York, London and other destinations around the world. Now they have opened their doors in Slovenia as well, more precisely in Ljubljana at Miklošičeva 9, where they are already waiting for you with a fresh offer.
What does Simit Sarayi Slovenia have to offer?
Although they are mostly Turkish products, Simit Saraya Slovenia decided to use them local ingredients. They will offer this every day fresh breakfast with locally sourced ingredients.
They will also be on offer à la carte dishes, famous simitis without and with fillings, bureks and bread rolls, croissants, desserts, sandwiches and toasts, burgers and wraps, pizzas and pastas, ice creams and lunches, and you can also buy packaged goodies and take them home.
