The son of the R1 RS – from the racetrack straight to the roads

Son of R1 RS

The Sin R1 RS racing car left the race track and went straight to the roads. The British boutique brand Sin Automotive has announced that it will "upgrade" the sportsman R1 RS to a production model. It is a car that has evolved from the R1 racing car and the name will be a license to drive on normal roads, where it will be powered by a Chevrolet V8 engine, the same one found in the American Corvette.

Son of R1 RS, who is soon moving between series models, is slightly heavier than his older brother from the R1 track (the scale shows him 1,150 kilograms). Still, it will launch from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. Outside and inside it will be decorated with carbon fiber, and under the hood will hide GM's 6.2 liter V8 engine with what 525 horses (386 kW), due to which it will be able to cut air at a speed of up to 300 km/h.

The son of the R1 RS will have everything that similar road machines have. According to the racing car, it is new center console with buttons compatible with iPad and Android tablets, and the exhaust system and steering wheel with new commands are also new. They are still here Recaro sports seats, anti-skid system, anti-lock ABS system, air conditioning, engine computer ECU, etc. A car that, in terms of comfort, is miles away from the original philosophy of Son, who wanted to build racing cars raw as go-karts, will debut at the motor show IAA Frankfurt 2015. Is he worthy of sin (son in English means sin) or, in this case, of any offense? It probably won't be difficult for you to deduct the penalty, because if you have at least 84 thousand euros, as far as the most optimistic forecast for the price, then it will be a pittance in comparison.
