When furniture sketches are no longer just sketches. When sketches come to life and grow from 2D to 3D. The concept of South Korean designer Jinil Park's project could be summed up in two sentences.
He designed furniture from steel wires that acts as a two-dimensional sketch. The Drawing Series includes two chairs, two lamps and a table, the main point of which is the imitation of a design line, a broken sketch line. The designer took this detail as a leitmotif, as it expresses the designer's emotions and feelings. He thus materialized the sketch from steel wires into 3D functional objects that summarize a two-dimensional image.
