Škis Market, the largest cultural and entertainment event for young people, which is based on the promotion of Slovenian culture and cuisine, will again in 2016 provide a varied afternoon and evening program and a good atmosphere for visitors. On May 5, 2016, something will happen on the grassy green of the Kardel platform behind Bežigrad!
Škis' market 2016 is slowly approaching. It has been organized for the 19th year in a row Union of Student Clubs of Slovenia (SKIS). This year, too, it will bring together a number of young people who will present their activities and specialties, as well as the characteristics of the place they come from.

In the afternoon part of the event, visitors will be able to walk between the club stands and get to know the tastes and dialects of Slovenia. They will be their own on the international island (International Ocean). attractions and culinary specialties presented by foreign countries and students from abroad.
There will be plenty of time for socializing, young people will be able to have fun with good music and, above all, feel the pulse of youth and student activism. Like every year, this year's Škis market will host established names of the Slovenian and foreign music scene (Dare Acoustic, Ars Groova, DMP - The Society of Dead Poets, Flying Squad), and not yet established bands will also get a chance perspective music groups. Various acrobatic and entertainment points will also brighten up the event. So far, the organizer has not published the whole list of performers, but some names are already known.
