The Taiwanese tech giant HTC brought its new showpiece to Las Vegas at CES 2017, the HTC U Ultra smartphone, which belongs to the newly formed U family. It has a secondary screen and a personal assistant, but, like the iPhone 7, it was left without the classic headphone jack.

In addition to the mentioned model, the family is completed by another HTC U Play, Ultra's smaller brother. In contrast to the HTC 10, which was very restrained in design, the HTC U Ultra goes in a completely different direction. It is also worth mentioning U Sonic, a function with which the phone adapts the sound to the user. It is powered by a powerful Snapdragon 821 processor (Android 7.0 Nougat operating system was installed on it), assisted by 4 GB of system memory.

It is intended for data storage 64 GB space that can be expanded with a microSD memory card. The battery also has a slightly smaller 'lung capacity' than that of the Ultra, namely 2500 mAh.
