Soft and creamy liquid nitrogen ice cream

Liquid nitrogen ice cream.

Near Monterrey, Mexico, there is an ice cream factory that uses liquid nitrogen to create an experience. And not just for the taste buds.

Ice cream makers except perhaps for a new taste, they rarely remember anything new. Everyone is showing off theirs ice cream flavors, which they try to stage as perfectly as possible in order to tempt us. Architect and designer Jacob Gomez took the opposite direction. He installed it an ice cream factory, where we can't even see the scoops, because the ice cream is made right in front of our eyes, in a miraculous device.

If we write down a little less poetically and more comprehensibly. Frozen factory is located a little outside of Monterrey, Mexico, in San Pedro Garza Garcia and is a completely new ice cream shop concept. This one does not have all its flavors on display on the street, but rather invites lovers of good kipce to a nicely furnished interior, in which, using liquid nitrogen just the right amount of soft and creamy ice cream is created before our eyes. "The device" enchants us with quite a few types of flavors from chocolates, caramels, vanilla and strawberries, to a bit of exotic pulparind (spicy Mexican dessert) and a number of others, and the flavors can be combined however we like, as the ice cream is made specifically for each visitor. Watching the attached video reminds of the system that cafes have as it is Starbucks. The Mexican Ice Cream Factory definitely has something for every taste. The visit will be interesting even for those who do not eat ice cream at all. Do such exist?
