  • 58 g (1 room temperature) egg
  • 5 g (1.5 teaspoons) salt
  • 20 g (1 tablespoon) butter (room temperature)
  • 40 g (2 tablespoons) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Garlic sauce:
  • 70 g of butter (room temperature)
  • 36 g (2 tablespoons) minced garlic
  • 16 g (1 tablespoon) honey (or sugar)
  • 1 g (1 tablespoon) chopped parsley
  • Extras:
  • 140 g mozzarella
  • Before baking:
  • Egg mixture (room temperature)
  • After baking:
  • 10 g (1 tablespoon) melted butter
  • Parsley

Directions

  1. Prepare the dough: Add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt to a bowl. Slowly pour in the warm milk, add the egg, butter and cream cheese. Knead to a smooth, elastic dough (adjust the amount of milk according to the humidity).
  2. Proving the dough: Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.
  3. To make the garlic sauce: Mix the butter, garlic, honey and parsley until smooth. Set aside.
