Since 3D images are increasingly penetrating movie screens, and consequently also into our living rooms, Sony has launched an AV receiver with support for 3D content. DN1010 3D, as the player's official designation, has 4 HDMI inputs with 3D support. At the same time, it also enables 7.1-channel sound reproduction, with a power of 110 W per individual channel. It actually decodes all existing audio recordings, including Dolby TrueHD and dts-HD Master Audio. They didn't even forget Sony's S-AIR technology for the receiver, which enables the wireless connection of additional speakers.
