Dutch boutique luxury car maker Spyker drew attention at the New York Auto Show with the Spyker C8 Preliator, a hand-built road beast with 525 horses. It is an "endangered species", as only 50 examples will be produced.
C8 Preliator is the latest model of the Dutch manufacturer Spyker, who was "on the brink of death" a year ago, but is now returning to the scene through the main door, at the New York Auto Show. The American market has always been the one that cut most of the bread for the Dutch. That it is about eexclusive series, the information indicates that it will be for sale only 50 copies, which will be suitable for boutiques, made by hand.
Engineers installed the C8 Preliator under the hood Audi's 4.2-liter V8 engine, to which a supercharger was added, and together you give a power of 525 horsepower.
