Gordon Matthey Thomas Sumner, better known to everyone as Sting, is coming to the Croatian capital. An excellent musician has been present on the music scene for more than three decades and has "curved" quite a few hits along the way, which have inspired many musicians of the new genre. Sting is known for great and energetic concerts. His hits have been arranged in a thousand and one ways by more or less successful musicians all over the world. But Sting is the one and only one who breathes a special energy into his songs. He started his career in the band The Police. Sting wrote most of the band's material, played bass guitar and, of course, sang. The Police released five chart-topping albums and won six Grammys. After their most successful album, Synchronocity, which featured the biggest hit Every Breath You Take, Sting embarked on a solo career. On this one, too, he scored a hit after a hit. His first seven solo albums went at least platinum on both sides of the Atlantic, and Sting won a further ten Grammys for his work. He collaborated with many world music giants, such as: Tina Turner, Dire Straits, Mary J. Blige, Stevie Wonder and many others. Now he's embarked on a tour promoting his latest album, Symphonicity. He will perform in the Zagreb Arena with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and present his latest musical product, and the repertoire will certainly include hits such as: Englishman and New York, Desert Rose, Every Breath You Take, Roxanne and many others.
