Striptribuna is an event within Stripudarnik, which shows different approaches in contemporary author comics and reveals current issues.
On Strip stands we will be able to listen to the conversation with David Krančan and Andrej Štular about their creation and modern comics. Main points of departure Strip stands will be artistic and narrative, which will also be the central starting points of the exhibition I'm alive! Andrej Štular – this will be on display after the talk. Opening of the exhibition I'm alive! and the conversation with the authors will take place in cooperation with the Enimation days 2013 project (Education Days in Animated Film).
A few more words about the exhibition Andrej Štulara. It will feature original works from I'm alive!, a comic album for children from 2011. It is a collection of short, classically designed black and white comics with expressive drawing, which is characteristic of Štular's comic creation. This is how the main character in the story, Živo Pesek, was described by the organizers: "She is a happy, curious, quick and heroic girl. He lives near Votlo. She is excited when she meets new people and interacts with unknown creatures. Answers complex questions wisely. She likes animals, cartoons, theater and can't live without books. Her biggest opponent is Bajsa Hinavska. But Živa doesn't worry about that, because he knows very well how to deal with gluttons, corrupt people, liars and other bastards."
