Despite the relatively warm autumn, the surfing season has already started on the glaciers. Several snow parks already operate in Austria, the closest to us is on the Dachstein glacier, high above Schladming.
One of the high-profile competitions O'Neill Pleasure Jam in the surf park Dachstein Superpark is already in full preparation for all fans of snowboarding. Competition in freestyle surfing attracts many visitors from Slovenia as well. There is no shortage of entertainment at similar events, so on Friday and Saturday evenings, for example, there will be a lot of fun in the center itself Schladming.
Parties with DJs, surf film premieres, gear sales are always a magnet for the real ones snowboard enthusiasts. In addition to foreign ones snowboard Slovenian surfers will also compete in the stars, Marko Grilc, Tim Kevin Ravnjak, Tit Štante and Urška Pribošič, which aim for high rankings. In addition to points, they will fight for rich cash prizes, and we will be able to admire the best surfers in the world and test the newly erected facilities, prepared just for this event.
