Nutella lovers, beware! McDonald's has added a Nutella burger called Sweety con Nutella to its menu. It looks like a regular burger, with the difference that instead of meat, it contains a thick layer of Nutella spread. Currently, you can only order it in Nutella's home country, Italy. So you'll have to drive to our western neighbors for a Nutella-filled burger.
Italian McDonald's is part of the cafe's dessert offer McCafé (this is separate from McDonald's restaurants), where they already have a wide range of sweets and drinks, added a Nutella burger called Sweety con Nutella.

Don't worry, burger Sweety con Nutella does not contain meat, as it belongs to sweets. He's just so caught up in the soft, glittering balls Nutella spread. It is currently only available in Italy, but we also want it elsewhere. Burger contains 256 calories and 3.5 grams of sugar per portion. It is served in packaging similar to that of the famous hamburger Big Mac.
