Everyone has that one pan in their kitchen that was once perfect. Food glided gracefully across it, eggs cooked without a drop of oil, pancakes flipped with a flick of the wrist. But after years of faithful service, the ravages of time begin to show: food starts to stick, the coating loses its shine, and the pan ends up in the back drawer or, worse yet, in the trash.
