The luxury hotel Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico opened its doors in Rovinj in August, which is run by two Slovenians, the Bidovec couple. Their love for Rovinj led them to restore a building from the 20s of the last century, which once belonged to a prominent Italian family. The hotel is located just 3 minutes' walk away from the strict center, which used to be called "contrada Spirito Santo" and hence the idea for the hotel's name.
