On Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30, Maribor will host the fourth, now traditional, microbrewing festival - Makro Beer Fest 2017, a large festival of small breweries, where 30 brewers from Germany, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia. Visitors will be able to choose from about 100 types of beer, different styles of "pale ale", "indian pale ale", "porter", "stout" and the increasingly popular "sour" and "gose".

Bled days are those days when Bled is crowded with tourists. On Friday, May 26, 2017, the opening of the Non-Wasteful Food Week will take place at Pogačarjev Square in Ljubljana.
