The Immortus electric vehicle is the world's first solar-powered vehicle that can be driven indefinitely, as it does not require recharging. It is the vision of the future of the Australian company EVX Ventures, which as an alternative to the sun offers a drive on electric HUB motors on the rear wheels, which is provided by a 10 kWh lithium-ion battery with a night range of 400 kilometers. The first prototype of the vehicle will be shown to the public for the first time through a puddle at the SEMA Show in November 2015.

Starting this spring, Renault electric vehicles for carbon-free mobility will be seen on the streets of Slovenian cities. Great, right?!
More and more alternative drive cars are knocking on the door of series production. Thus, conventional roads are already regular guests of electric vehicles, and now solar cell cars are also flirting with them. One such is the Sunswift eVe, the solar car of Australian students from the University of New South Wales, who want to drive it on the streets of Sydney as early as July 2015. The car should pass all safety and other standards required for vehicle registration by then. This will make it the first vehicle of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
If the Batmobile and motorcycle from the movie Tron had a "baby", then it would probably be the Chevrolet-FNR. A sexy electric concept of an autonomous vehicle was presented at the Shanghai Motor Show, which is gaining more and more popularity. On it, many manufacturers no longer focus only on the Chinese market, but reveal their plans for the future there. Mercedes did it this year, so did Chevrolet.
Traffic is created by cars, even in city centers. After we've been living with cars for over a hundred years, and most cities are car-centric, some people are slowly starting to realize that cars don't actually belong in an urban space or a city center. And they are not only led to this realization by terrible numbers from the chronicle and the smog indicator. Cars are simply no longer a convenient means of transportation. In London, for example, today, traffic moves slower than a bicycle. So let's take a look at which cities are on the way to making the car "persona non grata".
The Tesla S has collected an extraordinary number of titles and prestigious awards in the last year. So it became the best car of the year, won the title of the most important car model of the last 20 years…. there are even more such and different titles, and practically all motoring newsrooms in the world agree that Tesla is today's insight into the future of motoring. So something is definitely changing thinking and views on the automotive industry. The Tesla S model has been present on Slovenian roads for a long time, but still unofficially. That's why we got it for testing by a specialist for the import of used vehicles to Slovenia - Autoborker.
As part of the "zero efficiency" program, Renault offered buyers three electric models, among which the Twizy stands out the most. It offers a safer alternative to scooters, but it is not cheap. It does offer a cage, a steering wheel with an "airbag" and seat belts, but due to the electric drive, it is also quite expensive. That is why it is and will remain exotic.
Ford is preparing a real small offensive of more environmentally friendly models. The first to hit the roads is the hybrid Mondeo, which we can expect on the roads in May, which means less than half a year behind the other versions. The second will be the plug and hybrid C-max, which is already sold on the other side of the Atlantic, and the same applies to the third in the queue, which is also already on sale in certain EU markets, and it is a fully electric Focus.
"Gee, it's so pretty, but is it electric?" "Where can you buy it?" "Jst bi ga kr mela..." these are just some of the questions and statements we received while driving the electric ZOE through the streets of our capital, where young and old turned to follow it. Partly because they didn't know which Renault model it was, partly because they didn't hear him whizzing by...
If you are one of the many parents who, when your child is growing up, have already faced endless nagging to buy them a scooter, then carefully read the following lines. In the spring, Renault will offer a four-wheeled twizziy for seven thousand, which will eliminate most of the safety concerns and inconveniences.
Sunswift eVe is the name of the electric vehicle developed entirely by Australian students, which set a new world record for the highest average speed of an electric vehicle on a single battery charge. The record was literally torn from the hands of the famous Elon Musk and his Tesla S.
The renowned manufacturer of American "muscle cars", the company Saleen, has taken up the conversion of the Tesla S, which was given additional pepper both in terms of design and performance. It is still an electric vehicle, which produces absolutely no harmful emissions on the road, at least when the range extender in the form of a petrol engine is not working.
