Love is one - a photo exhibition for those who look with a heart

If you believe that love unites and does not separate, the exhibition Love is alone, which starts on December 1, 2015 in Maribor, will be a real pleasure for you. The exhibition will be on view in the Maribor University Library. It is organized by Zavod 13 – a non-profit organization that raises awareness of differences and helps parents of special children.

Nina Šušnjara: fashion exhibition Susnyara aft'r NY

Successful Slovenian fashion designer Nina Šušnjara and her Susnyara team presented the Kardia collection, which is the first collection of the new Susnyara brand, at one of the parallel fashion events during this year's New York Fashion Week. After returning from the city that never sleeps, the team is not resting, but is already preparing the attractive, artistic and unexpected fashion exhibition Susnyara aft'r NY, which we will be able to see between November 13 and 17 at the Situla premises.

Identity Dress 2015: a fashion event at the National Museum of Slovenia

For the third year in a row, the Identity Dress creative experiment challenges an international set of 21 fashion designers to create a product that best reflects their creative mind, their distinctive personality. Identity Dress – an international creative experiment and exhibition of fashion design

Identity Dress is an international creative experiment in fashion design, whose curators and idea leaders are Eric Maj Potočnik and Matjaž Plošinjak. The exhibition, which places the dress in the center as a reflection of the identity of its designer, will be on display for free in the atrium of the National Museum from November 19 to December 13.

The exhibition Drink differently: how young people see youth drinking

In mid-October, on the initiative of Pivovarna Union, budding young photographers in the company of renowned New York photographer Cheryl Dunn walked around Ljubljana in a different way as part of the Pij photography workshop and recorded the traces left behind by drinking. Some presented it through the devastation after the party, others through portraits, and still others took a completely new approach. The best works will be exhibited in the Photo Gallery between November 25 and December 5, 2015.

Rodin exhibition in Meštrović's Zagreb

The exhibition "Rodin in Meštrović's Zagreb" opens today, May 5, in the Zagreb Art Pavilion. The exhibition will present seventy works by the famous sculptor Auguste Rodin, including his most famous works such as "The Thinker", "The Kiss", "The Gates of Hell" and "The Bronze Age".

"Emona revived" - the Emona doll exhibition is back

At the beginning of April, the exhibition of Emona se vrača dolls opened in the City Museum of Ljubljana. The special feature of the exhibition is that it was not prepared by the curators, but by the fifth-graders of the Majde Vrhovnik elementary school, who participated in the Museum in miniature project. Dolls prepared by preschool and school children and families for the competition of the same name were put on display, and they drew their inspiration from ancient Emona.
