A new Slovenian project more than successfully came to life on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, with which designer Gašper Premože collected more than half of the required funds in just 30 hours for the production of the ZenEgg wooden egg - a small personal totem intended for relaxation and enjoyment. moment here and now.

Kickstarter is richer for another Slovenian project - Tratar Bikes, where a three-member team led by designer Janez Tratar is raising 25 thousand dollars to realize their idea by January 10, 2015. It is a (city) wooden bicycle that comes in two versions - Kick shift (with gears) and Single-speed (without gears). The wooden frame weighs two kilograms (which is in the same range as aluminum ones), and a total of 11 is accumulated.
Wireless technology is a big plus for mobility. With this, it unlocked entanglement in cables. But a new complication has arisen, because this type of technological "nomad" needs a lot of energy to operate, and finding a power source can be just as easy as looking for a toilet in a tourist destination, when we are really pressed. We don't have this problem with Exod Helios wireless bluetooth headphones, as they harvest energy from natural light.
Nowadays, it is almost impossible to get credit for a bold idea in banks, but who needs it when we have Kickstarter, where among other things, the Impossible will soon become possible. We are talking about the folding electric bike "The Impossible", a five-kilogram pocket transport that can be hidden in a backpack.
Designers Justin Nagelberg and Matthew Waldman have created an innovative origami umbrella that sweeps away all the usual umbrella cons and they call it "The Sa".
Ugh, that was a hair. Namely, only one year separates us from the time when the movie "Back to the Future 2" (1989) took place, when we saw Michael J. Fox on a hovering skateboard. Science fiction has already inspired many inventors, including the creators of the Hendo hoverboard, which, like the movie, instantly became a big hit. Not on the movie screens, but on Kicksarter.
Sitting is the new smoking, many say, and it is undoubtedly true that we are much more proactive and full of energy when standing. Three New Zealanders have raised money on Kickstarter for the Refold project, folding cardboard tables that are 100% natural, 100% portable and 100% something we've never seen before.
Baggage fees have become quite the comedy of confusion, and just about anyone who has ever traveled on a plane for vacation has a baggage story to tell. And not in a positive way. The feelings when we drop off our luggage are similar to when the teacher returns a test that we didn't study enough for. Will it, won't it? Ah, overweight (suitcases), the pandemic of the 21st century. It's over with Tul suitcases, because it contains a scale that will save nerves and sequins.
After the potato salad raised thousands on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, the bizarre example is followed by the hits of Rihanna. Currently enjoying its five minutes of fame is the NoPhone, which is exactly what it claims to be. A non-phone that only has a design in common with the real one. It is without any technology and if we are looking for its meaning, it is a soft form of rehabilitation with smartphone addiction.
We present to you the latest Slovenian project that we can support on Kickstarter. Oivo is the first "on-the-go" charger for the iPhone, which is so small that it can be put in a pocket in the form of a key ring and can be used to charge the empty battery of our mobile phone on the go.
Smartphones have become so embedded in our lives that they know us like they know our own pocket. Or even more, because we have it in our hands constantly. But we know that this is not always the safest and most practical. It's a good thing we're now 'covered' by Snaptrax, a baseball cap/cap with a visor, which is not only a fashion accessory, a hiding place for hair and a sunshade, but a bluetooth device that will turn you into a 'eyeball' and free your hands.
Cooler bags are an indispensable piece of summer equipment, but what if they have such a limited range. They are used to 'asceticism', but now there is one that has a 'hedonist' in it and is the only one that is really cool. And not just in name. It's called The Coolest and it's so phenomenal that any excuse to get out into nature will be good.
