Let's go back to 2013, when top designers Dries Van Noten, Valentino, Kenzo and Comme des Garçons brought a modern camouflage pattern to the catwalks, dressing their models in repurposed military gear. At the time, we had some hope that the revival of the camouflage pattern would stand the (fashion) test of time, and apparently we didn't hope in vain. We have a lot to thank for the way innovative brands and designers have continued to reinterpret the standard look of the camouflage pattern, adding new shades of green and brown and ensuring that this iconic pattern is still worn today.
